Adapt Your Measurement to a Changing Ecosystem with Google Analytics 4
Carly Boddy, Product Manager at Google

We're living through a time of change for the Analytics landscape. Google Analytics has always been helpful in these moments of change - moving from logs analysis, to

javascript based measurement, to websites - and now, to the world of partial observable data, mixed consent, apps, and more. For all this change, the questions that marketers seek to answer remain surprisingly consistent. In this talk, we'll discuss how GA4 is designed to answer those questions not just today, but in an evolving world. We'll discuss the new event-based model, key differences from Universal Analytics, and the new, innovative features it gives you access to.

How HelloFresh Approached the Migration of 3.000+ Unique Events to GA4
Alejandro Zielinsky G., Global Digital Tracking/Measurement Lead at HelloFresh

GA4 brought an insane amount of work to anyone using Universal Analytics. HelloFresh decided to clean up its implementation and do "out of the box" things.

In this session, you will learn about the challenges we continue to face with GA4, our approach to the account structure, usage of the dataLayer and custom tag templates in GTM.

8:00 - 8:35pm
"Better Than No Tracking" – Using Server-side Tracking to Fill the Blindspots
Nina Berger, Senior Business Analyst at RTL Deutschland

As data driven people, we want to know as much as possible about our audience. Due to privacy laws (GDPR, consent etc.) or browser plug-ins (ad blockers, tracking

preventions etc.) it's getting harder to track your whole audience using Google Analytics in a common client-side set-up. Server-side tracking is an opportunity to be able to fill some of the blindspots.

Closing
Max Deitmer & Peter Kuhlmann, Managing Directors at TRKKN
7
9:00 - Open End
